  • Publication number: 20060236581
Abstract: A self-cleaning trigger connector system resulting in increased reliability comprising a self-cleaning trigger connector and a trigger mechanism housing. The self-cleaning trigger connector is designed with specific contact points to prevent over-travel of the trigger bar when operating in cooperation with the trigger of the firearm. The self-cleaning trigger connector has a first at least one elongated through hole of a predetermined length that allows for a lighter trigger pull and defines a lubrication reservoir. The trigger mechanism housing comprises a second at least one elongated through hole. Debris that accumulates from the interaction between the trigger bar and the self-cleaning trigger connector passes through the first and second at least one elongated through holes. After passing through the first and second at least one elongated through holes, the debris then falls downwardly through a cavity adjacent to the firearm magazine well.

  • Patent number: 7028426
Abstract: A trigger guard holster comprising a combination clip holster and trigger guard assembly that mounts upon an existing accessory rail of a firearm. The trigger guard assembly has guard walls to prevent the accidental firing of a firearm when the firearm is worn with the clip holster in a person's waistband. The trigger guard assembly also protects the person by preventing the trigger from unintended contact with objects, which would cause unintentional or accidental firing of the firearm when carried or used.

  • Publication number: 20050034344
Abstract: A self cleaning trigger stop connector & trigger connector for semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly. Incorporated into firearms without any structural changes, the trigger stop connector is designed to increase firing speed and prevent a fulcrum effect caused when a trigger mechanism travels a distance beyond the point of firing of the firearm, thus increasing target precision when discharging the firearm, a hole designed to self clean the trigger stop connector or trigger connector and trigger bar during operation, lessen the trigger pull weight and act as a reservoir for lubricants to increase reliability of the pistol. The single tab trigger stop connector, replacing a multiple leg or common non trigger stop connector, is designed with a specific contact point to prevent over travel of the trigger bar when operating in cooperation with the trigger of the firearm.

  • Patent number: 6510641
Abstract: A firing pin locking mechanism that can be used on firearms. Controlled by a key, the internal locking device blocks all movement of the firing pin assembly striker, preventing the firing arm from discharging. The mechanism primarily comprises a striker-locking guide, key plate assembly, key, and decocking button. Utilizing the key, the authorized user has the ability to set the firearm in a “unlocked” or “locked” mode. The internal locking mechanism is utilized as a means to prevent the movement of a firearm's firing pin assembly when activated by the trigger mechanism. The present invention is primarily utilized with semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly.

Incorporated into firearms without major structural changes, the trigger stop connector is designed to increase firing speed and prevent a fulcrum effect caused when a trigger mechanism travels a distance beyond the point of firing of the firearm, thus increasing target precision when discharging the firearm. • Patent number: 6338217
Abstract: A firing pin locking mechanism that can be used on firearms. Controlled by a key, the internal locking device blocks all movement of the firing pin assembly striker, rendering the firing arm from discharging. The mechanism primarily comprises a spacer sleeve and a slide cover key plate. Utilizing the key, the authorized user has the ability to set the firearm in a “unlocked” or “locked” mode, even while in a holster. The internal locking mechanism is utilized as a means to prevent the movement of a firearm's firing pin assembly when activated by the trigger mechanism, regardless of the status of the firearm. The present invention is primarily utilized with semi-automatic firearms that have an enclosed striker assembly.
