  • Publication number: 20190138005
Abstract: An unmanned aerial vehicle (“UAV) damage mitigation system includes a drone housing, a processor, a memory, an inertial measurement unit (“IMU”), and associated electronics configured to determine if the drone is experiencing a failure event or is in danger of crashing. If such a failure is indicated, then the drone includes a parachute, alarm, and programming intended to mitigate or minimize damage to people and property on the ground. The UAV damage mitigation system also includes a mobile software application that is notified if the drone is experiencing a catastrophic event, and is notified of all other aerial vehicles in a proximity to the drone housing.

  • Publication number: 20160284256
Abstract: An airborne mobile advertising system for visual information dissemination. The invention comprises remote controlled drones singly or as multiple units configured to carry payloads of computer controlled high intensity light emission systems. The high intensity light emission systems typically use lasers to project letters, symbols, numbers and graphics on to both man made and natural structures such as trees. Projections can also be made onto atmospheric phenomena such as fog, smoke or cloud formations. The invention includes a remote operated drone(s) which project an image via a high intensity light emission system. The light emission system can be programmed before flight or by remote operation from ground based control.
