    Abstract: In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a photovoltaic cell and a sheet shaped member. The sheet shaped member has a surface and an edge. The surface is proximate an exterior portion of the apparatus. The photovoltaic cell is at the edge of the sheet shaped member. The sheet shaped member forms a light guide configured to collect light incident on the light guide. The light guide is configured to concentrate the light at the photovoltaic cell.
