  • Publication number: 20230355153
Abstract: A bio-signal apparatus comprises a first connection part, a second connection part and a seal. The first connection part comprises a sheet, which carries a patch electrode structure and comprises electrodes for reception of a bio-signal from a body of a mammal and first electrical connectors, the first electrical connectors being electrically connected with the electrodes. The second connection part comprises counterpart electrical connectors, and the first electrical connectors and the counterpart electrical connectors being repeatedly attachable and releasable with each other for transferring the bio-signal therethrough to data processing. The seal seals an interface of the first connection part and the second connection part against dust and moisture, and the seal surrounds the first electrical connectors and the electrical counterpart electrical connectors in a continuous manner.

  • Publication number: 20230200705
Abstract: An electric apparatus of a bio-signal measurement system comprising a front part and a back part. The front part comprises a compartment at a back side of the front part, the compartment housing the back part when inserted therein. The back part comprises an electric circuit conductors and an extension plate, which extends to the front part within the electric apparatus. The extension plate comprises first electric contacts of the electric circuit conductors, the first electric contacts residing within the front part when the back part is within the compartment, the first electric contacts acting as counter-electrodes or electrodes of a front flap of a disposable patch electrode structure. The electric apparatus receives the front flap of the disposable patch electrode structure into a volume of the front part for forming a contact between the first electric contacts and the electrodes of the front flap.

  • Publication number: 20220395211
Abstract: A disposable patch electrode structure comprises a front flap and a main structure, which is attached to skin for a bio-signal measurement, the patch electrode structure feeding electrical bio-signals to a bio-signal device separate from the patch electrode structure. The front flap is separated from the main structure by a non-enclosing front flap cut, material of the front flap being thus formed as continuous material of the main structure. Materialistic connection of the continuous material between a rear section of the front flap at a non-enclosing side of the front flap cut and the main structure allows tilt of the front flap with respect to the main structure in response to rise of a frontal section of the front flap with respect to the main structure. The front flap is fully surrounded by the main structure.

  • Patent number: 11322900
Abstract: A polymer holder for a biosignal processing device, wherein a wall of the polymer holder forms a pocket, and the wall follows an outer contour of the biosignal processing device. The polymer holder has a first aperture for inserting the biosignal processing device into the pocket and removing the biosignal processing device from the pocket. The polymer holder includes an electrically conductive contact structure, which is in a wired electric contact with electrodes that receive the at least one biosignal, at a rear section opposite to the first aperture, and the electrically conductive contact structure is at least partly attached inside the wall. The electrically conductive contact structure is electrically connected with a counterpart of the biosignal processing device in response to an insert of the biosignal processing device in the pocket.

  • Publication number: 20220104720
Abstract: A coupling arrangement for a bio-signal measurement, comprises at least two spring connectors of a bio-signal processing device, and a holder comprising a combination of a wall and a substrate, which form a pocket inside the holder, the wall following an outer contour of the bio-signal processing device. The holder has an aperture for inserting the bio-signal processing device into the pocket and removing the bio-signal processing device from the pocket. The holder includes electric conductor lines, which are in a wired electric contact with electrodes of the substrate, the electrodes receiving at least one bio-signal. The electric conductor lines are attached on the substrate inside the pocket, the electric conductor lines and the at least two spring connectors connecting electrically with each other in response to insertion of the bio-signal processing device in the pocket.
