  • Patent number: 9470005
Abstract: A panel formwork T-shaped arrangement has panel formwork elements 61, 62 directly bordering an intermediate panel formwork compensation element 53. The associated formlinings 61a, 53a, 62a are in one plane. These formlinings 61a, 53a, 62a delimit on one side the continuous wall 84 of the T-shaped intersection to be produced. The three components 61, 53, 62 are engaged from behind by a crossbar 85 for mechanical stabilization. The two formlinings 55a, 57a delimit on both sides the abutting wall 86 of the T-shaped intersection to be produced. The lateral outer edges 12 and 17 of the inner limb 56 and the panel formwork element 61 are aligned with respect to each other at the edge plane R. The outer edges 78 and 81 of the inner limb 58 and the panel formwork element 62 are also aligned with respect to each other at the edge plane R?.

  • Patent number: 9316007
Abstract: The invention relates to industrial scaffolding comprising vertical supports, which can be interconnected by means of horizontal bars. Plates, which extend on a horizontal plane, can be hooked onto the bars to create an accessible working surface. When the plates are fitted, edge areas of the latter overhang the base body of the plates in such a way that a bar running parallel to an edge area is partially covered by said edge area.

  • Patent number: 9303418
Abstract: A self-climbing formwork has a stationary climbing shoe (18) structured for attachment to a wall anchor point and a climbing cylinder (10) having a lower end directly contacting the climbing shoe (18) to form a hinge, the hinge defining a pivoting movement of the climbing cylinder (10) relative to the climbing shoe (18). A support (30) is provided on an upper end of the climbing cylinder (10), the support (30) having a protrusion defining a U-shaped recess. A climbing rail (22) is structured to be held in position by the climbing shoe (18) relative to the anchor point and guided along the wall through cooperation with the climbing shoe (18). Upon extension of the climbing cylinder (10), the support (30) engages beneath an upper engagement point (24?, 24?) of the climbing rail (22) at the U-shaped recess to urge the climbing rail (22) in an upward direction.

  • Patent number: 8673189
Abstract: A method is proposed for constructing multi-story concrete structures using a rail-guided self-climbing formwork system. A climbing rail is thereby displaced in a vertical direction within lower and upper climbing shoes and a lower extension piece is positioned to extend vertically in a downward direction below a lower end of the climbing rail. The lower extension piece has a length which is less than the length of the climbing rail. The climbing rail is then displaced in the vertical direction until the lower extension piece is captured within the lower climbing shoe. The method simplifies construction of the lower stories of concrete structures.
