Abstract: The invention refers to an adjustment bar for modular track switch, according to this invention, it consists of an elongated bar body, transversally placed underneath the track switch points, which comprises two fixation elements on specific areas to be fixed, through fixation means, to the inner section of the plate of every track switch point, in order to maintain a constant separation of such pair of points, within a track switch assembly. Such elongated bar body must include, at least on one end, some boreholes for the insertion of fixation means to fix such end of the adjustment bar to an actuation bar, connected to a switch shaft to allow the mechanical activation to pull or push such actuation bar to move the points.

Abstract: A structure and counter system for railroad switching, characterized by a base support plate with a lower flat surface which on its upper side includes a first flat section with two protruding hooking elements that hold the skid's inside tab on the rail where the wheels roll on, and also includes an outer section of greater thickness that defines a stopping device that ends on the border of the skid's outer tab within the same rail. This base plate includes a wall perpendicular to the upper surface, covering its width, with a flat internal surface adapted to receive a fixing plate that receives the outer side of a counter rail arranged over the first flat section and separated from the hooking elements; thus being parallel to this rail.

Abstract: The invention refers to a needle rail with an insert to switch railroad tracks, characterized by consisting of an elongated monolithic structure with a first upper section that includes an upper bearing header whose thickness is gradually reduced, and a second upper section with no bearing head that includes a straight vertical structure defining an upper support surface substantially flat and shaped to receive the upper coupling section of a needle insert. Outside and inside surfaces, substantially flat and perpendicular to the upper flat surface and with a lower head, are shaped to receive and brace, respectively, the inside of the contact spot of such needle insert, and the flat side of a reinforcement plate.
