    Abstract: A window access assembly sized to contact the inside surface around the periphery of an opening in a sidewall panel and to extend outward through the opening and make sealing contact with an outside structural window. A support member on the backside of the panel provides a pivot surface for rotating the assembly into position where the assembly is fastened to a structural member secured to the backside of the panel.
