  • Publication number: 20230181163
Abstract: An imaging system and a method for displaying information regarding the subject matter of an ultrasound image or ultrasound video loop on a display includes the steps of detecting one or more organs in the ultrasound image or ultrasound video loop, creating a representative thumbnail image utilizing the ultrasound image or a frame of the ultrasound video loop, selecting an organ icon representing the one or more organs detected in the ultrasound image or ultrasound video loop, and presenting the organ icon in association with the thumbnail image on the display. The system and method can also create search-identifiable information relating to the one or more organs detected in the ultrasound image or ultrasound video loop, and store the search-identifiable information in the electronic memory in association with the image or the image video loop and the thumbnail image with the organ icon.

  • Publication number: 20220291823
Abstract: An imaging system and method for operating the system provides summary information about frames within video or cine loop files obtained and stored by the imaging system. During an initial review and analysis of the images constituting the individual frames of the cine loop or video, the frames are classified into various categories based on the information identified in the individual frames, and this information is stored with the video file. When the video file is accessed by a user, this category information is displayed in association with the video file to improve and facilitate navigation to desired frames within the video file. The imaging system also utilizes the category information and a representative image from the video file as an identifier for the stored video file to enable the user to more readily locate and navigate directly to the desired video file.

  • Publication number: 20220287682
Abstract: An imaging system and method for operating the system to display images generated by the imaging system is capable of presenting the images on the display of a remote device along with various markers and/or indications in the displayed or viewable portion of the image that provide information on the location(s) of and direction(s) to any cropped portions or areas of the image not shown in the displayed portion, as well as any ROIs in the image displayed, but disposed in cropped areas of the image. The indications provide the user with information regarding the presence and location of these items, as well as other relevant information, such that the user can operate the remote device, such as by manipulating the display screen in a known manner, to move the areas of the image containing the selected item onto the display screen or area of the remote device.

  • Patent number: 10009733
Abstract: A method and system for determining a position of a mobile device in an indoor environment by an access point is provided. The method includes obtaining identity information of the mobile device. The method includes extracting signal characteristics of the mobile device corresponding to the identity information. Further, the method includes determining the position of the mobile device based on the signal characteristics of the mobile device. The position of the mobile device is determined based on the signal characteristics of the mobile device received from a plurality of access points along with the information of the plurality of access points such as location information and identity information of the access points. The determined position is sent to the mobile device. The access point implements robust multipath mitigation algorithms while determining the position of the mobile device as there is no battery power limitation at the access point.
