The method may include retrieving operation system log data from a plurality of operating system logs. The method may include retrieving job scheduling log data from a plurality of job scheduling logs on the first level. The method may include retrieving platform data from a distributed data platform on a second level. The method may include combining the operating system log data, the job scheduling log data and the platform data. The method may identify an application operating in contravention to historic operation standards. The method may also identify at least one user identifier or service identifier associate with the application. The method may terminate and/or flag the application for remediation.

Abstract: Embodiments presented herein describe a package management system that uses guidance devices when transporting packages. In one embodiment, the package management system includes an event detecting device that detects a package transporting event such as when a package is sorted into a container, a container is moved from the warehouse to vehicle, a container is moved from a vehicle into a warehouse, a package is delivered, a package is moved to a staging location, or a package is picked-up from a staging location. Once a container or staging location corresponding to the event is identified, a gateway identifies the guidance device assigned to that container or staging location and instructs the guidance device to illuminate a light disposed thereon.

Abstract: Embodiments presented herein describe a package management system that uses guidance devices when transporting packages. In one embodiment, the package management system includes an event detecting device that detects a package transporting event such as when a package is sorted into a container, a container is moved from the warehouse to vehicle, a container is moved from a vehicle into a warehouse, or a package is delivered. For example, the event detecting device may trigger the event in response to a worker scanning a bar code, selecting a delivery route, or checking an electronic manifest. Abstract: A method and system for managing profiles is provided. The method includes maintaining Profile Information of one or more service recipients in a Profile Registrar XDMS. The method also includes identifying an Active Profile of a user from a Profile Registrar document in response to an input indicative of communication request for an address of record of the user. Further, the method includes obtaining user preferences associated with the Active Profile and applying the user preferences to the communication request or the service provisioning to the user. The system includes an extensible markup language data management server, a communication interface in electronic communication with a network to send and receive signals, and a processor.

It is determined whether the identifier in the request is associated with any of one or more network address books in one or more WAN servers coupled to the TS via a WAN. When the identifier is associated with at least one of the one or more network address books, the contact entry in the at least one network address book is updated based on the contact information. When the identifier is not associated with any of the one or more network address books, the contact entry in a local address book in the TS is updated based on the contact information.

An invitation is generated at a device and communicated to a second device to invite a user of the second device to share media streaming of common media content pursuant to a common media experience.
