Abstract: This invention generally relates to models and methods pertaining to strengthening the competitiveness of a business enterprise by transforming the efficiency and effectiveness of its SG&A (Selling, General& Administrative) functions like Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement and Supply Chain Operations, such transformation called ‘Enterprise Performance Transformation’. In particular, it relates to a ‘system’ for Enterprise Performance Transformation, consisting of (1) A scripted process to guide and govern all aspects of the Transformation and (2) A prescriptive Framework-of-Frameworks to orchestrate the process.
