    Abstract: The present invention relates to a more precise control of buoyancy lifting heavy load, not exclusively, for attachment to large structures being lower, lifted, positioned and transported off ocean floor, but also generating AC electrical power.     Abstract: Small AC power plant device comprises of three long parallel rigid arms. Primary function the rigid power arms is, ratcheting and reciprocating uniformly to turn a gearbox continuously, reduce torque and maintain rpm. Longer the rigid power arms, less torque required to turn the generator. One end of each rigid power arm is the attached with two sets of ratchet mechanisms on both sides along with one way clutch bearing on a common shaft. All three rigid power arms are attached to the same said shaft. Positive movement of the each rigid arm individually turns the said common shaft that is coupled to a gearbox whereby the generator continuously. Other end of the rigid power arms are attached to crankshaft or upright conveyer or ball screw assembly type of mechanism. This devices advantage is it maintains the required 50 Hz/60 Hz. and produces energy at zero pollution and low consumption.

    Abstract: The invention provides processes and apparatuses for safely, rapidly, cost-effectively producing superheated steam. These processes and apparatuses involves producing clean low-cost electricity by the long rigid power arms generator thereby operating electric-arc furnaces side by side, melting steel repeatedly and tungsten steam pipes bedded in molten steel to produce superheated steam, this method of producing steam will replace nuclear, coal and other fossil fuel method of producing steam on the steam producing side of the equation without dismantling the entire nuclear or coal fired power plants, by merely discarding the nuclear side or the coal side of the either plant altogether. The use the ocean water to produce superheated steam for turbines and the distillation will produce clean drinking water, excess power from the generator through an electrolysis process will produce oxygen for the electric-arc furnace to increase temperature for steam and hydrogen gas stored as energy.

    Abstract: A rail train actuated energy generating device for the use along the path of a trains includes “Y” type actuator arm members for transverse disposed, parallel to rail tracks in a module mounted to the ground, the bottom of each of the actuator arm is tied to a shaft in the module with a one way clutch gears in the module's oil bath. As the train passes the actuator arms are pushed by “V” type attachments mounted to the edge of train's undercarriage parallel to the rail, thereby moving the actuator arms randomly as train passes. This motion of the actuator arm turns the shaft of the actuator arm with the one way clutch locked turning the gear in the module, thus turning the adjacent sprocket gears with chains. This process is repeated as the gears continue to turn upon contact that turns gearbox input shaft whereby the generator.

    Abstract: The Gravity energy storage and generating device, main object of the invention is to provide improved mechanical energy storage and release device comprising of the wound and weight energy storing elements. The said device installed in the ground or above where gravity plays a vital role in generating and storing, a large stainless steel encased concrete piston mass that fits in a long cylinder. Both end of the said piston is sealed with two rubber seal ring on the top of the piston and the bottom of piston against the cylinder walls. The cylinders top and the bottom is completely sealed (air tight). The piston's resting point known as first position at the bottom of the cylinder is rubber padded cushion with springs attached to soften the fall of the piston during generating electricity. As the steel cables that is attached at the top of the heavy said piston is pulled up by mean of pulleys.

    Abstract: A rail train actuated energy generating device for the use in a path of a train includes an actuator arm for transverse disposed on side, parallel to rail tracks across the path of the track ties in a module mounted to the ground, wherein the actuator includes a “Y” type member, the bottom of the “Y” actuator is tied to a shaft with a one way clutch gear in a said module in oil bath, another shaft with a roller is attached to top two tips of “Y”. The actuator arm having being pushed by a “V” type attachment mounted to the edge of train's undercarriage on same side in line with the actuator arms. Thereby moving the actuator arm approximately 75+ degrees as the train passes. This motion of the actuator arm turns the shaft of the actuator arm with the one way clutch locked turning the gear attached to the one way clutch, housed in a module.
