Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a network system for monitoring driving behavior comprises one or more vehicle-mountable motion sensing mechanisms that generate a plurality of data relevant to vehicle moving attitude. The data being indicative of manual or mental risks for a vehicle operator is wirelessly transmittable. The network system also comprises a central data processing system that collects the data transmitted from the motion sensing mechanisms. A risk assessment engine operatively coupled to the central data processing system analyzes the collected data to determine the manual or mental risks. The central data processing system further comprises a feedback engine operable to yield indicia based on the analyzed data that is reportable to the vehicle operator or an authorized data recipient. A reward engine operatively coupled to the feedback engine provides incentives to encourage good or improved driving behavior.

Abstract: Under one aspect of the invention, a mobile communication management system is provided for electronic communications to and from a wireless communication device in text and speech formats. The system of one embodiment includes a server system with an electronic data storage portion. A message notification portion provides notification to a wireless communication device associated with the user that the electronic communication data was received by the data storage portion. A message delivery portion sends and receives the message delivery instructions and electronic communications over a data channel portion and a voice channel portion of the wireless communication device during a single communication session. The message delivery portion allows the user to toggle between the data and voice channel portions for the exchange of the data in text and voice formats as selected by the user during the single active communication session.

Abstract: The present invention is directed systems and methods for providing selected electronic communications to a wireless communication device in response to only a single action by the user on the wireless communication device. One embodiment of the invention provides a system and method for notification and automatic delivery of a selected an audio email to a wireless communication device upon activation of only one key or other input member on the wireless communication device. Another embodiment provides a system and method of notification and delivery of a selected electronic communication upon activation of only one key or other input member on the wireless communication device so the user can immediately act on that electronic communication.
