  • Patent number: 11425076
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for filtering electronic communications based on the receiver's tolerance for attributes of both a sender and an electronic communication. The receiver's tolerance for an attribute is calculated based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: self-reported preferences, past behavior and community norms. The attribute score is calculated based on an analysis of how closely either the sender or electronic communication exemplifies the attribute. An electronic communication is filtered if the attribute score exceeds the receiver's tolerance of the attribute. If an electronic communication is filtered it will not show up in the receiver's in-box, it will instead show up in a spam folder.

  • Patent number: 10747830
Abstract: The invention discloses a method and system for displaying electronic information for an Online Dating Service. Information is received through a variety of means including electronic analysis of photographs and communications as well as direct questions posed to an individual. Once the information is received a profile describing the interest, personality traits and what traits the individual looks for in a companion is created. To prevent priming based on physical appearance the word cloud is displayed to other individuals prior to a photograph. The photograph can be revealed to the other individuals if they take affirmative action to view the photograph or after an arbitrary period of time such that the other individuals can be primed based on the information in the word cloud without losing the emotional investment in finding a companion.

  • Publication number: 20070106946
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for developing and operating interactive Web applications in a unified, light-weight, on-demand, modular server application framework. The present invention provides a novel unified approach utilizing a single programming language to develop interactive Web applications. The modular Web applications of the present invention operate at the server-side. The Web application of the present invention comprises one or more Web application modules written entirely in a scripting programming language. The Web application modules are interpreted and executed by the scripting language interpreter engine to generate all of the code necessary, such as the HTML and JavaScript code, to service the requests from the clients. Unlike existing server-based integrated solutions, however, the present invention does not require the entire Web application to be loaded at all times to be operational.
