Publication number: 20230297995Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, non-transitory computer readable storage media, and systems that utilize a card to provide multi-funding source payment transactions between a plurality of users and a merchant system. For example, in response to a request to process a multi-funding source transaction for a card in connection with a merchant system, the disclosed system accesses an account mapping to determine whether to process the transaction utilizing a plurality of funding sources associated with the card (e.g., based on transaction attributes or merchant attributes). The disclosed system also utilizes the account mapping to determine proportions for processing the transaction with the plurality of funding sources. Additionally, the disclosed system generates authorization messages to send to one or more payment networks for processing the multi-funding source payment transaction utilizing the plurality of funding sources for specific payment amounts based on the proportions.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 21, 2022Publication date: September 21, 2023Inventors: Mark Daniel Cline, Ashik Uzzaman

Publication number: 20140101117Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for managing records in a database. An exemplary method involves a server coupled to the database determining a value indicative of a relative uniqueness of an input record based on a subset of a plurality of fields of the input record and storing the input record in the database when that value is unique among one or more values for one or more existing records in the database. Each value of the one or more values for the existing records is also based on the subset of the plurality of fields of a respective existing record and is indicative of the relative uniqueness of that respective existing record.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 13, 2013Publication date: April 10, 2014Applicant: salesforce.com, inc.Inventor: Ashik Uzzaman
