Abstract: Methods and systems for token transfer are described herein. A remote computing device may receive, from a mobile computing device, a public key of a public-private key pair. The public key may be associated with a first application of the mobile computing device. The first application may be configured to send credentials to a second application of the mobile computing device. The second application may be isolated from other applications executable on the mobile computing device. The remote computing device may receive, from the first application, a token. The token may have been previously issued to the first application and may have been encrypted, using the public key, by the first application. The remote computing device may send, to the second application, the token to enable the second application to authenticate with a plurality of services that interact with the second application.

Abstract: An example method of managing a lifecycle of virtualization software in a host is described. The method includes: obtaining, by an initiator in a current version of the virtualization software, a software installation bundle (SIB) from an image repository for a target version of the virtualization software, the SIB including a patcher; verifying, by the initiator, authenticity of the SIB; mounting at least one payload of the SIB in a root filesystem of the virtualization software, and initiating, by the initiator, the patcher in the at least one payload as mounted to perform at least one check operation.

Abstract: Techniques for determining a metric for an item that represents a condition of the item are described herein. For example, a request for a metric determination for an item may be received where the request is associated with a user identifier. Browsing history information and purchase history information from a website may be obtained based at least in part on the user identifier. The browsing history information and the purchase history information may be filtered to obtain a data set based at least in part on a plurality of item categories associated with items included in the browsing history information and the purchase history information. A metric for the item may be determined based at least in part on the data set and a base metric for the item.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are ethylene-based polymers generally characterized by a melt index of less than 15 g/10 min, a density from 0.91 to 0.945 g/cm3, a CY-a parameter at 190° C. from 0.2 to 0.6, an average number of long chain branches per 1,000,000 total carbon atoms of the polymer in a molecular weight range of 500,000 to 2,000,000 g/mol of less than 5, and a maximum ratio of ?E/3? at an extensional rate of 0.03 sec?1 in a range from 3 to 15. The ethylene polymers have substantially no long chain branching in the high molecular weight fraction of the polymer, but instead have significant long chain branching in the lower molecular weight fraction, such that polymer melt strength and bubble stability are maintained for the fabrication of blown films and other articles of manufacture.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices that support a dynamic screen refresh rate are described. An electronic device may dynamically (e.g., autonomously, while operating) adjust the rate at which a screen is refreshed, such as to balance considerations such as user experience and power consumption by the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may use an increased refresh rate when executing applications for which user experience is enhanced by a higher refresh rate and may use a decreased refresh rate when executing other applications. As another example, the electronic device may use different refresh rates while executing different portions of the same application, as some aspects of an application (e.g., more intense portions of a video game) may benefit more than others from a higher refresh rate. The electronic device may also account of other factors, such as battery level, when setting or adjusting the refresh rate of the screen.

A physical cellular communication channel may be established between a user equipment (UE) and a cellular network for sending a short message service (SMS) message in response to a cellular service request from the UE. One or more characteristics of the UE, the SMS message, or both may be analyzed. A duration of time for which the physical cellular communication channel is kept active may be based on the analyzed one or more characteristics. A channel maintenance instruction may be transmitted to keep the physical cellular communication channel active based on a cellular network messaging controller determining to adjust the duration of time for which the physical cellular communication channel is kept active.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described to selectively stream content based on parental control ratings. At a client device, a manifest identifying sequential segments of a media asset and versions of a particular segment of the sequential segments may be received, and a graphical user interface may be generated for display to simultaneously depict a respective portion of each respective version of the particular segment and respective selectable options associated with each respective version of the particular segment. A selection of a first option may be received that is associated with a first version of the particular segment, and during playing of the media asset, in response to determining that the particular segment is the next segment to be played, the first version of the particular segment may be requested from the server.

One or more processors are configured to generate a first bitstring having respective first bit values that have a first satisfiability state and generate a second bitstring having respective second bit values that have a second satisfiability state. The one or more processors are configured to identify first potential free bits having respective first common values and generate a third bitstring having first potential free bits with the respective first common values and third remaining bits. The one or more processors are configured to identify second potential free bits having respective second common values and identify a fixed bit that is not included in the first potential free bits and is not included in the second potential free bits.

Abstract: An explainable artificially intelligent (XAI) application contains an ordered sequence of artificially intelligent software modules. When an input dataset is submitted to the application, each module generates an output dataset and an explanation that represents, as a set of Boolean expressions, reasoning by which each output element was chosen. If any pair of explanations are determined to be semantically inconsistent, and if this determination is confirmed by further determining that an apparent inconsistency was not a correct response to an unexpected characteristic of the input dataset, nonzero inconsistency scores are assigned to inconsistent elements of the pair of explanations.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a rewards payment form linked directly to a rewards account are described. The rewards points may be spent directly by the customer through the use of the payment form linked to the rewards account. The payment form may be a payment card (e.g., a physical card having an account number accessible via a magstripe, an EMV chip, etc.) or a virtual payment card loaded into a mobile wallet accessible by the customer. The rewards payment form allows the customer to spend the rewards points stored in the rewards account without first going through the extra step of converting the rewards points into currency.

Embodiments can include an active filter and high voltage to low voltage (HVLV) DCDC converter to reduce harmonics associated with the charger reaching the low voltage battery system and further to stabilize the voltage presented to the HVLV DCDC converter to improve its operating efficiency.

The multi-view interface includes a file-system view and one or more media-specific views. In the file-system view files are organized in the same way in which they are organized on the devices on which they are stored. In the file-system view, users can perform file operations on files. In the media-specific view files are organized by media category. In one embodiment of the media-specific view, files are organized by metadata that relates to the files content. In the media-specific view, users can perform content operations on the files.

The system may calculate various parameters used to determine the findability and relativity of a given dataset. The system may calculate a dynamic tag score based on the calculated parameters. Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for integrating client applications with hosted applications. For example, an email can be received from an email client. It can then be determined whether the email is associated with a hosted application. In response to a determination that the email is associated with the hosted application, a request can be made to a connector for a calendar object. The calendar object is then received and returned to the email client.
