  • Publication number: 20240155205
Abstract: The method for generating captions, subtitles and dubbing for audiovisual media uses a machine learning-based approach for automatically generating captions from the audio portion of audiovisual media, and further translates the captions to produce both subtitles and dubbing. A speech component of an audio portion of audiovisual media is converted into at least one text string which includes at least one word. Temporal start and end points for the at least one word are determined, and the at least one word is visually inserted into the video portion of the audiovisual media. The temporal start and end points for the at least one word are synchronized with corresponding temporal start and end points of the speech component of the audio portion of the audiovisual media. A latency period may be selectively inserted into broadcast of the audiovisual media such that the synchronization may be selectively adjusted during the latency period.

  • Publication number: 20240154787
Abstract: Systems and methods for consistent document modification are provided. Embodiments include accessing a first document that comprises a first document object, where the first document object has a first document object style. The embodiments further comprise accessing a second document that comprises a second document object, where the second document object has a second document object style. The first document object style is to be modified based on the second document object style. The embodiments include hashing the first document object style to generate a first document object style hash, and hashing the second document object style to generate a second document object style hash. Based on determining the first document object style hash is different from the second document object style hash, the first document object is modified, within the first document, to comprise a modified first document object style that corresponds to the second document object style.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method of training an autoencoder neural network includes determining autoencoder design parameters for the autoencoder neural network, including an input image size for an input image, a compression ratio for compression of the input image into a latent vector, and a latent vector size for the latent vector. The input image size is determined based on a resolution of training images and a size of target features to be detected. The compression ratio is determined based on entropy of the training images. The latent vector size is determined based on the compression ratio. The method further includes training the autoencoder neural network based on the autoencoder design parameters and the training dataset, and then saving the trained autoencoder neural network on a storage device.

  • Publication number: 20240152833
Abstract: A system and method that provides predictions about the propensity of customers to answer a communication, pay an outstanding bill, and remain a customer. Furthermore, the system and method use propensity predictions to optimize the order of tasks that are carried out by integrated business systems. During a specific time-block, an optimization may reconfigure an auto-dialer to contact only the most likely customers who are both willing to pay and who are most likely to answer, as one example. Another example may be the reordering of tasks provided to a call agent's computing device. The system uses machine learning for the predictions and optimizations, and continuously and automatically updates the machine learning models over time.

  • Patent number: 11977660
Abstract: Methods and systems identify and redact PII. A PII sensitivity detection framework includes multiple layers where each layer corresponds to a model. The framework analyzes data stored within different data tables and predicts whether a data column includes PII. The first layer corresponds to an AI model that analyzes each column metadata and predicts a first score indicative of a first likelihood of PII existence. The second layer corresponds to a rule-based model that uses various rules to determine a second score indicative of a second likelihood of PII existence for each column. The third layer corresponds to a column content model that analyzes content of each column using various natural language processing techniques to generate a third score indicative of a third likelihood of PII existence. The framework masks data presented to a user based on the scores generated via execution of one or more of the layers.

The method includes the processor accessing the electronic files and related data from a data source. The accessed files and related data are culled by the processor based on predetermined filter criteria. The processor stores the remaining files and related data in a third-party data repository and maps a set of electronic files and related data stored in the third-party data repository into a predetermined database schema. The mapped files and related data are analyzed by the processor, which applies a status decision on them. The analyzed electronic files and related data are submitted to a third-party e-discovery processing application based on the applied status decision.

  • Patent number: 11975366
Abstract: A pre-loaded cleaning substrate, and related systems and methods for picking up particles with an aspect ratio (L/D) greater than 300 (e.g., hair), or greater than 1200 (e.g., particularly long hairs). The substrate (e.g., a nonwoven) may include only a single layer of material. The pre-loaded substrate is loaded (e.g., during manufacture) with a cleaning composition. The fibers of the substrate may have an average diameter less than 15 ?m, the substrate may have an air permeability of 35 ft3/min to 75 ft3/min, and the liquid cleaning composition may have a surface tension of less than about 50 dynes/cm.
