A workflow state for the surgical case is initialized by setting statuses for preconfigured workflow items based on the case data. A view of the surgical case is displayed via a user interface. The view of the surgical case displays at least a portion of the case data and includes one or more status elements configured based on the workflow state for the surgical case.

Abstract: An example method for generating and coordinating a centralized on call schedule showing on call events includes receiving, at an on call coordination system, a request from a user device to view an on call schedule associated with an identifier and querying, by the on call coordination system, schedule data for on call events using the identifier received with the request. The method further includes configuring the on call schedule based on the on call events received from the schedule data responsive to the query, where the on call schedule is further configured based on a characteristic associated with the user device. Abstract: An example method for generating an operative note includes receiving, from a provider device, a request for generation of an operative note corresponding to a medical procedure, where the operative note is associated with an appointment for the medical procedure to be performed and a patient identifier of an electronic medical record. A dictation interface is presented to the provider device and the operative note is generated by displaying, in the dictation interface, text generated based on audio input received at the provider device through the dictation interface. The operative note is finalized responsive to receipt of a provider approval indicating accuracy of the operative note, where the provider approval is authorized based on the electronic medical record. The finalized operative note is transmitted to the electronic medical record associated with the patient identifier.
