Abstract: A foldable yoga board includes one or more panels that are hingedly coupled to each other in succession. The one or more panels have an upper surface that faces a user and a lower surface that contacts the ground or other surface. The upper surface preferably has a soft material coupled thereto, which may provide cushioning and a non-slip surface. The one or more panels may comprise handle apertures as well as strap apertures. When the foldable yoga board is not in use, the user may fold the foldable yoga board (e.g., an accordion fold) to transport.
