The skin-care accessory may include a head portion; a neck portion; a body portion; a dispensing portion, wherein the dispensing portion is attached to the head portion; a cap topper, wherein the cap topper further comprises an attachment mechanism; and a fluid component. The fluid component may include zinc oxide ranging between 1% to 20% by weight of the fluid component. The fluid component may also disperse out of the skin-care accessory through the dispensing portion.
