The grant delay request may indicate a future time, at or thereafter a base station is requested to allocate resources to the UE. The base station may transmit the uplink grant to the UE allocating the resources to the UE based on the grant delay request, and the UE may transmit, to the base station, an uplink transmission including the uplink data based on the uplink grant. The UE may transmit the grant delay request as part of a scheduling request (SR), or as part of a buffer status report (BSR), or a combination of these.

    Abstract: Dynamic range of radio frequency transmitters and receivers may be improved via a multiple-channel phasor configuration in which channels are phased in a manner that distributes the local oscillator phases over ?/2 radians. A multiple-channel phasing receiver may include a power splitter to split an input signal into multiple signals, and may further include multiple single-channel receivers providing intermediate signals. Each single-channel receiver may have an input that receives a respective signal of the multiple signals, and may further have an output to provide a respective intermediate signal as a function of the respective input signal, a total gain applied to the respective input signal, a signal frequency of the local oscillator signal, and a respective phase of the local oscillator signal. The multiple-channel receiver may include a digital signal processor that combines the plurality of intermediate signals into a single output signal.

In one aspect, a UE transmits, to a network entity, a request to set up an ePDN. The UE receives, from the network entity, a response to the request comprising a set of multiple P-CSCF addresses. The UE transmits, to the network entity, a registering message to each of the multiple P-CSCF addresses simultaneously. The UE receives, from the network entity, at least one acceptance message from at least one of the set of multiple P-CSCF addresses in response to the registering message. The UE transmits, to the network entity, an invitation message to a P-CSCF address from which an acceptance message is received to establish an emergency call connection.

When a node detects a change in the network topology, it broadcasts a message to all the nodes within its virtual buffer zone. The nodes in the buffer zone update their routing tables accordingly, which reduces the rerouting time in the network.

    Abstract: A system and method for determining the exact pair of alleles corresponding to polymorphic genes from sequencing data and for using the polymorphic gene information in formulating an immunogenic composition. Reads from a sequencing data set mapping to the target polymorphic genes in a canonical reference genome sequence, and reads mapping within a defined threshold of the target gene sequence locations are extracted from the sequencing data set. Additionally, all reads from the set data set are matched against a probe reference set, and those reads that match with a high degree of similarity are extracted. Either one, or a union of both these sets of extracted reads are included in a final extracted set for further analysis. Ethnicity of the individual may be inferred based on the available sequencing data which may then serve as a basis for assigning prior probabilities to the allele variants. The extracted reads are aligned to a gene reference set of all known allele variants.
