Abstract: A method for transferring data from a database may include receiving, at a database management system, a request to transfer, to a client, at least a portion of data stored at a database coupled with the database management system. The database management system may respond to the request by at least generating an internal table containing at least the portion of the data being transferred to the client. The database management system may further transfer at least the portion of the data to the client by at least sending, to the client, one or more data chunks. Each of the one or more data chunks may include at least a portion of a column of data from the internal table. • Publication number: 20210173688
Abstract: A feature selection methodology is disclosed. In a computer-implemented method, components of a computing environment are automatically monitored, and have a feature selection analysis performed thereon. Provided the feature selection analysis determines that features of the components are well defined, a clustering of the features is performed. Provided the feature selection analysis determines that features of the components are well defined, a similarity analysis of the sub-features of the feature is performed. Results of the feature selection methodology are generated.

  • Patent number: 10280552
Abstract: A filter assembly for a dryer appliance is provided. The filter assembly includes a filter medium rotatably mounted within a filter cassette that is removably received within a filter slot of the dryer appliance. The filter medium has a first portion and a second portion that are selectively exposed to a stream of exhaust air from the dryer appliance to extract lint. While one portion is filtering lint, a lint removal system removes the lint from the other portion collected during the prior cycle. After each cycle, a motor is configured for rotating the filter medium to expose the clean portion of the filter. The filter cassette is removably received within the filter slot using a magnetic latching mechanism, a securing cover, or another suitable mechanism. A scrubber mechanism may also be used to remove stubborn lint.
