Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising compound of Formula I, Formula II, Formula III, Formula IV, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, analogs, tautomeric forms, stereoisomers, geometrical isomers, polymorphs, hydrates, solvates, metabolites, and prodrugs thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a condition or disorder ameliorated by inhibition of the A2A/A2B receptor.
