    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for preparing an alimentary granular soft caviar similar to black (granular) caviar. The method involves the preparation of a mixture containing an albuminous colloid, water, and alimentary gelatin to form the grains, exposing the grains to tea water, dye-stuff, salt solution and gustatory components. The grains of caviar are obtained by supplying the mixture under pressure through gauged channels to a cavity with heated vegetable oil in its upper section, separating and washing the grains, tanning the grains in a tea extract, water washing, washing with salt solution, introducing to the product of a gustatory component in an amount not less than 10% of the total weight of the product and mixing the grains with vegetable oil.     Abstract: The present invention relates to various forms of ozone generator having a discharge means and a reflecting screen and methods for their application. The discharge means is a rough-surfaced dielectric element with central aperture and rectangular cross-section sandwiched between a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode is a plurality of helical windings that contact a plurality of flanges on the dielectric element and the second electrode is an electrically conductive coating which overlies the rough surface of the dielectric element. One form of the ozone generator has a central unit and two side units, where the side units can be rotated to form various shapes. The various shapes of the ozone generator can be used for room deodorizing, clothes freshening, and shoe deodorizing. Other applications for various forms of the ozone generator include treating and maintaining hair of humans and pets, room deodorizing, and shoe deodorizing.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and forms of apparatus for sterilizing various objects with ozone. The contents of a container may be sterilized by attaching a lid with an ozone generator to the container and generating ozone. Clothing may be treated by attaching the clothing to an ozone generator with a housing in the shape of a clothes hanger and generating ozone. Alternatively, the ozone generator in the shape of a clothes hanger may be placed in a closet with clothing to be treated. The power supply for the ozone generator may be a portable power supply, or power may be supplied from an adapter from an electrical outlet. Shoes may be deodorized by placing an ozone generator with an oblong shape in the shoes and generating ozone.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an ozone generator comprised of a discharge means and a reflecting screen. The discharge means comprises a rough-surfaced dielectric element with central aperture and rectangular cross-section sandwiched between a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode is comprised of a plurality of helical windings that contact a plurality of flanges on the dielectric element and the second electrode is comprised of an electrically conductive coating which overlies the rough surface of the dielectric element. The first electrode is aligned with respect to the central aperture, dielectric element, and the second electrode such that a constant distance of separation between the electrodes is maintained along the entire length of the discharge means. The reflecting screen, joined to the discharge means by a plurality of mounting brackets, directs accumulated ozone away from the ozone generator and toward an intended site for treatment.
