Also provided is an agent for prevention or treatment of dry eyes, comprising diquafosol or a salt thereof, a vinyl-based polymer and a cellulose-based polymer. These solution-type aqueous eye drop for treatment of dry eye each comprises diquafosol sodium with a concentration of 3% (w/v), hydroxyethyl cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone having a K value of 30, and is characterized in that a single dose of 1 to 2 drops is administered by eye drop three times per day.
