Abstract: Disclosed are prodrug compounds that can be converted to mesembrine under biologically relevant conditions, such as hydrolysis in vivo; and related methods of preparing and using these compounds. Stable preparations of isolated mesembrine stereoisomers are also provided.

Abstract: A system could include persistent storage containing application components. A plurality of software applications could be installed on the system. The software applications could be respectively associated context records that include references to application components that provide some behavior or data for the software applications. The system could also include processors configured to perform operations. The operations could include receiving a request to generate a topology map for a software application and identifying, based on a context record for the software application, a subset of application components that provide some behavior or data for the software application. The operations could further include determining relationship types between pairs of application components and generating a topology map for the software application.

Abstract: A media streaming method is disclosed in which a network environment of a sink device engaged in media streaming is estimated and at least two network throughput estimates are developed. A first network throughput estimate may be estimated from a measurement of network performance and a second network throughput estimate may be developed from a correlation of the estimated network environment to a machine learning model representing network throughput predictions. A final throughput estimate may be developed from the first and second network throughput estimates; and a representation of media content may be selected for retrieval based on the final throughput estimate.

Abstract: Devices are described herein for extending the use of mobile devices in mixed-media environments. The devices include a transparent hemisphere including a base opposite an apex of the transparent hemisphere and a substantially planar surface configured to be positioned over a circumference of the base of the transparent hemisphere and affixed thereto creating a sealed cavity within the transparent hemisphere. The substantially planar surface includes a transparent portion configured to allow light within an environment to pass through the transparent hemisphere and the transparent portion to reach a recording device.

Abstract: Colorant compositions which are suitable for tinting base paint or stains in color tinting equipment and which provide improved resistance to microbial contamination by inclusion of a combination of antimicrobial agents. Also disclosed is a method for assessing the resistance of colorant compositions to microbial growth.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus are provided with features that allow hosts to be alerted of risks to the well-being of their space that may arise, for example, from a breach of contract, violation of local laws, or violation of established property rules. In one example an air analyzer is provided that includes: (1) multiple sensors including one or more of a digital multi-pixel gas sensor, a digital humidity and temperature sensor, or a particulate matter sensor, wherein each of the multiple sensors is configured to obtain a sample of air and derive therefrom an environmental attribute, wherein the environmental attributes provide a signature of the sampled air, and (2) a smoke classifier configured to classify a smoking event by comparing the signature of sampled air to signatures of a classification model.

The media transmission device is in communication with a processor and a memory storing computer instructions configured to instruct the processor to receive a primary media presentation including primary media content for a point of interest of a venue. The media transmission device generates a secondary media presentation including secondary media content for the user based on identified user preferences for the user. The media transmission device generates a custom media presentation including custom media content for the user based on the identified user preferences. The media transmission device transmits the primary media presentation, the secondary media presentation, or the custom media presentation and presents the primary media content, the secondary media content, or the custom media content to the user.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a database cluster to cluster synchronization system may include multiple replicators coupled to a source database cluster and a destination database cluster, where the source and destination cluster may be shard clusters. Each of the multiple replicators may correspond to a respective subset of the source database cluster and configured to monitor changes of data on the respective subset of the source database cluster and translate the changes of data to one or more database operations to be performed on the destination cluster. The changes of data on the source database may be contained in respective change streams associated with each of the replicators.

Abstract: A system generates a user interface that enables a user to interact with an interactive chart associated with a statement of a data processing package. Via one or more user interactions with the user interface, the system may receive one or more chart parameters for the chart. Using a statement from the data processing package and the one or more chart parameters, the system may generate an additional statement and append the generated statement to the data processing package to form an enriched data processing package. The system may communicate the enriched data processing package to a search service for execution. The system may display the results in the chart.

Abstract: A system and associated methodology manages localization data. According to one embodiment of the present invention a primary set of data associated with one or more specific locations is imported and matched to a predefined format. Thereafter external, secondary, data associated with each of the localities listed in the primary data set is collected from a plurality of third party location service providers. With the collected secondary data matched to the same predefined format a comparison is made between the plurality of secondary data sets and the primary data set. Differences between the data sets are identified and the primary data set modified as necessary. Thereafter, normalized data from the modified primary data set is exported to the third party location service providers to enhance consistency and reliable of locational data.

Abstract: A passive sensor is used in conjunction with a trained machine learning classifier to make a You Are The One/You Are Not The One (YATO/YANTO) classification or determination as to whether an object, such as a threat, is moving toward a platform. The trained machine learning classifier utilizes a feature vector generated from conditioned temporal data and angular data obtained from passive sensor carried by the platform.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating targeted media content capture an image from an image capture device. The system may analyze the image to recognize a visual identifier for each entity in the image, each of which may have one or more group identifiers. The system may aggregate the group identifiers to identify the number of each group in the audience area and select media content to display to the audience based on the aggregate numbers of each group identified in the audience area. The system may also derive time restrictions for groups identified in the audience area to help optimize how groups traverse through one or more areas.

Abstract: A system for displaying information to an occupant of a vehicle includes a microphone, a camera for capturing images of an environment surrounding the vehicle, a display, and a controller in electrical communication with the microphone, the camera, and the display. The controller is programmed to receive a voice command from the occupant using the microphone, determine at least one characteristic of the requested object based on the voice command, capture an image of the environment using the camera, where the environment includes a relevant object, and to identify a location of the relevant object in the environment based at least in part on the image and the at least one characteristic of the requested object. The controller is further programmed to display a graphic based at least in part on the location of the relevant object in the environment using the display.

Abstract: A vehicle sales matching system may include a vehicle sales lead data database, a vehicle sales information database, and a sales matching system embodied on a non-transitory computer-readable medium and communicatively connected to the vehicle sales lead data database and the vehicle sales information database. The vehicle sales lead data may include validated customer data and third-party customer data. The vehicle sales information may include sales data from vehicle dealers, data extract services, and sales data sources. The sales matching system may be configured for applying one or more matching rules for matching a vehicle sales lead from the vehicle sales lead database to a vehicle sale from the vehicle sales information database.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed to implement an adaptive testing service (ATS) capable of automatically generating test cases for a network service to adapt test coverage to observed behaviors of the network service. In embodiments, the ATS uses telemetry data from a production version of the network service to identify classes of testable behaviors. Test cases are generated for the behaviors and assigned weights based on frequency or recency metrics of the behaviors. The test cases are stored in a test case repository, and may be used to monitor the production version of the network service or verify code changes to a development version of the network service. The test case weights may be used to select which test cases to run or determine whether code changes should be accepted or rejected. The test cases are evolved over time to adapt to behavior changes in the network service.
