Patent number: 11451556Abstract: Systems for dynamic profile control are provided. A system may receive first check data that may include a number of checks written over a predetermined time period for an account. The first check data may be analyzed to determine the number of checks written in a predetermined time period and the number may be compared to one or more thresholds. Based on the comparison, a first tier level may be identified for the account. A profile record may be generated including a check profile that may include one or more parameters based on the identified first tier level. The system may then build the profile by adding checks to the profile upon determining that the checks meet predefined criteria. After a predetermined time period has expired, the system may process additional data to determine whether the identified tier level and associated parameters should be modified.Type: GrantFiled: December 1, 2020Date of Patent: September 20, 2022Assignee: Bank of America CorporationInventors: Robert E. Mills, Jr., Murali Santhanam, Kerry Kurt Simpkins, John B. Hall, Michael J. Pepe, Jr., Jasher David Fowles, Jeanne Moulton, Susan Deans, Athena Barlow

Publication number: 20210084047Abstract: Systems for dynamic profile control are provided. A system may receive first check data that may include a number of checks written over a predetermined time period for an account, or the like. The first check data may be analyzed to determine a number of checks written in a predetermined time period and the volume or number may be compared to one or more thresholds or ranges. Based on the comparison, a first tier level may be identified for the account or the like. A profile record may be generated including a check profile that may include one or more parameters determined based on the identified first tier level. The system may then build the profile by adding checks or other documents to the profile upon determining that the checks or other documents meet predefined criteria. After a predetermined time period has expired, the system may process additional data to determine whether the identified tier level and associated parameters should be modified.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 1, 2020Publication date: March 18, 2021Inventors: Robert E. Patent number: 7376830Abstract: A hub-and-spoke communication arrangement is provided, in which the “hub” includes a server computer system. The “spokes” are other computers that act as message originators and/or destinations. All internal-to-external messages, and vice versa, are routed through the server computer system to reduce the number of proprietary connections needed between the internal and external entities. In addition, the server computer system provides protocol conversion, message payload conversion, encryption conversion, message broadcast, and/or message archival functionality, so that the “spoke” computers need not be concerned with providing such functionality on their own.Type: GrantFiled: April 25, 2005Date of Patent: May 20, 2008Assignee: JP Morgan Chase BankInventors: Vincent Sethi, Joseph A. Vaskas, Thomas J. Connelly, Rosemarie Wos, Athena Barlow, Marina Shabash, Chandramouli X. Narayanan
