Abstract: Described herein is an assistive medical system that is designed for individuals who are impacted by Midline-Shift Syndrome. Its purpose is to help them reorient and maintain their midline position to improve posture, balance, and other cognitive functions. This is achieved through haptic-feedback mechanisms and visual cues that gently notify the user when their position has deviated from the midline orientation.
