  • Publication number: 20040174206
Abstract: In order to solve a problem that during rise of an input voltage Vin, when the input voltage Vin exceeds a level of Vdet−, but does not yet exceed a level of Vdet+, no release signal is outputted, there is provided a voltage detecting circuit which is capable of removing a hysteresis voltage during the rise of the voltage Vin to output a release signal even in a case where the voltage Vin exceeds Vdet−, but does not yet exceed Vdet+.

  • Patent number: 6281667
Abstract: In a reference voltage circuit 2 and an error amplifier 3 in a voltage regulator, a power supply is taken from an input voltage Vdd when an output voltage Vout is lower than an arbitrary set output voltage Vo and from the output voltage Vout when the output voltage Vout is higher than an arbitrary set output voltage Vo, to thereby largely suppress a noise contained in the input voltage from reflecting the output voltage Vref of the reference voltage circuit, etc.
