The holder has a shape extending from a first end to a second end, and includes a flow path and a pocket located at a side of the first end. The insert is located at the pocket. The flow path includes a first flow path and a second flow path. The first flow path includes a first opening located at a side of the first end and located above the insert. The second flow path includes a second opening located at a side of the first end and located above the first opening. A first imaginary line of the first flow path and a second imaginary line of the second flow path intersect each other above the insert. A method of manufacturing a machine product by using the cutting tool is also disclosed.
