  • Patent number: 5273830
Abstract: Disclosed are a styrene-based resin composite material in which a layer composed mainly of a curable phosphazene compound is formed on the surface of a molding material of a styrene-based polymer having a mainly syndiotactic configuration or a composition thereof, and also a magnetic recording medium characterized in that a magnetic layer containing the curable phosphazene compound as a binder on a support composed of the above polymer or a composition thereof, an over coated layer of a magnetic recording medium which contains the curable phosphazene compound and a lubricating layer of a magnetic recording medium which contains the curable phosphazene compound.

  • Patent number: 5239029
Abstract: A curable resin composition is a blend of a curable phosphazene compound with a pentaerythritol acrylate compound and/or a bis(4-acryloxydialkoxyphenyl)alkane compound in a ratio of the former to the latter ranging from 90 to 10 to 5 to 95. The curable resin composition is provided with excellent properties such as a surface hardness, transparency and so on, and it can be cured at an improved curing rate.

  • Patent number: 5213880
Abstract: A laminated film contains a base film having a conductive layer on one side thereof and a layer obtained by curing a curable phosphazene composition coated on the other side thereof. The laminated film is suitable for use in a touch panel having a switching function when pressing an operating section of the touch panel, the operating section being made from the cured layer of the phosphazene composition. The laminated film has a remarkably balanced combination of the properties, i.e., adhesion, surface hardness and appearance on the coat surface (shrinkage upon curing).

  • Patent number: 5051295
Abstract: The present invention relates to a durable pattern forming material having a protective film comprising a radiation cured product of a curable compound, comprising a phosphazene of the formula:--{NP(x) (Y)}.sub.n --wherein at least one of x and y is a polymerizable group and n is at least 3, superior in mechanical, optical and chemical properties which is characterized in that a cured protective film of a curable compound is formed on a photo mask or lith film on which a pattern of desired shape has been provided. This pattern forming material can be suitably used for formation of pattern in production of IC, printed circuit and hybrid IC.
