Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a first display unit that displays a video input on an operation and display unit, a second display unit that displays an input image that is superimposed on the video input displayed on the operation and display unit, and a captured image recording unit that records a captured image of the video input and the input image that are displayed on the operation and display unit. The second display unit erases the input image that is recorded when the captured image recording unit records the captured image of the input image.

Abstract: A document classification system and method reflects operator's intention in a result of classification of document so that an accurate result of classification can be achieved. The document to be classifies has contents contains a plurality of items. At least one of the items contained in the document is designated. The document data is converted into converted data so that the converted data contains only data corresponding to the designated item. Classification of the document is done by using the converted data.

Abstract: An interlace noise filter which can obtain a high resolution still image from an interlace motion picture. An original image either in an even number field or in an odd number field is sampled by a sampling means (1) along only the horizontal direction of the original image. Then, it is Haar wavelets transformed. Thereafter, the gradation change of the original image is enlarged by a reconstituting means (3), while interpolating unsampled original image with sub pixel accuracy.
