Abstract: A stream data generating method for a computer system for generating stream data having time information applied thereto in a time series order and processing the generated stream data on the basis of a registered query. The computer system includes a storage for storing therein query information indicative of a plurality of sorts of constituent elements forming stream data corresponding to the query on the basis of the query and a stream definition indicative of the plurality of constituent elements, a data generator for generating and transmitting stream data; and a stream data processor for processing the stream data transmitted from the data generator. The data generator a less quantity of stream data to be transmitted to the stream data processor on the basis of the query information.

Abstract: Stream data is provided for realizing precise calculation processing to keep a constant memory usage of a query including a time-based window, and to take all of input data into consideration. A stream data processing server sections the time-based window into sub-windows each with a smaller width by a query time resolution change unit, and a query processing engine executes the aggregation processing based on the sub-window when receiving the stream data to generate an aggregation tuple, and calculates the calculation result of the query including the time-based window by aggregation processing on the aggregation tuple.

Abstract: It is provided a computer system for processing stream data, in which queries that are set in advance are executed to output a result. The queries include a first query, a second query and a third query. The first query is executed to output a first intermediate result. The second query is executed to output a second intermediate result. The third query is executed with inputting the first intermediate result and the second intermediate result to output the result. The computer system extracts first contribution information including part of the first stream data contribute to the first intermediate result, extracts second contribution information including part of the first stream data contribute to the second intermediate result, extracts third contribution information including part of the first stream data contribute to the result, and holds relation between the result and the third contribution information.
