    Abstract: Using a guidance system with a simple configuration, propulsive motion along a longitudinal direction and changing of the propulsion direction are easily performed with good precision and stability. There is provided a capsule-type medical apparatus 201 which is inserted into the body of a subject and is guided by an external magnetic field, the capsule-type medical apparatus 201 comprising: a substantially cylindrical capsule 202; a propulsion mechanism 207 for converting rotary motion about a longitudinal axis R of the capsule 202 into propulsive motion along the longitudinal axis R; a magnet 205 accommodated inside the capsule 202 and disposed in such a manner that the magnetic-pole direction thereof can be switched between a direction along the longitudinal axis R and a direction intersecting the longitudinal axis R; and a securing portion 212 for securing the magnet 205 to the capsule 202 in each of the switched states of the magnetic-pole direction.

A cylindrical vacant portion is provided communicating with a flange forming portion 20 of the hole portion 12. The molten resin R is injected from a sprue 22 and a runner 23 via a submarine gate 24 into the cylindrical vacant portion 21 and the molten resin R is introduced into the cavity 17. The cylindrical vacant portion 21 has a push pin 25. When the molten resin has become half-molten state, the resin in the cylindrical vacant portion is introduced with pressure into the cavity 17 by the push pin 25.

    Abstract: There is provided an injector having a gasket held in excellent intimate contact with an inner wall surface of a barrel and shortened in overall length. A gasket is joined to a mount base disposed on a tip end of a plunger and having a bendable portion which bends toward an axis of the plunger radially outwardly of the mount base. The gasket is joined to the mount base with a gap left for allowing the bendable portion to bend toward the tip end of the plunger when the gasket slides toward an injection needle. The gasket is made of a synthetic resin having an A-scale Shore hardness in the range from 20 to 70. The gasket has a groove define therein radially outwardly of the mount base, and the bendable portion comprises a portion of the gasket disposed radially outwardly of the groove.

In the water pump, the gasket has an intermediate plate with high rigidity and metal gaskets disposed between the intermediate plate and the body, and between the intermediate plate and the fixing member for sealing. The intermediate plate extends in radial direction to keep a predetermined axial distance between an inner peripheral portion of the intermediate plate and an end part of the blades facing to the fixing member or to the body.
