  • Patent number: 11942495
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor chip, a circuit board, a heat releasing plate, an adhesive member, and a conductive member. The circuit board transmits a signal of the semiconductor chip. The heat releasing plate has the semiconductor chip disposed thereon, and has an opening in a region on the outer side of a semiconductor chip placement region that is a region in which the semiconductor chip is disposed. The adhesive member is disposed in a region on the outer side of the opening on a different surface of the heat releasing plate from the surface on which the semiconductor chip is disposed, and bonds the circuit board and the heat releasing plate to each other. The conductive member connects the semiconductor chip and the circuit board to each other via the opening.

  • Publication number: 20070036995
Abstract: The laminated metallic sheet for can is composed of a polyester resin film containing about 50% by mole or more of polyethylene terephthalate on at least one side of a metallic sheet, and shows about 22 to about 25 cm?1 of half value width of shift peak caused by the C?O stretching vibration at 1730±20 cm?1 in the Raman spectra, using a linear polarization laser light, on the film of the laminated metallic sheet for can after heat treatment. The metallic sheet does not generate cracks in the film on the metallic sheet and has excellent workability after heat treatment even to the working after heat treatment such as baking finish and baking print.

  • Patent number: 6139650
Abstract: A non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet contains 0.005 wt. % or less C, 0.2 wt. % or less P, 0.005 wt. % or less N, 4.5 wt. % or less Si, 0.05 to 1.5 wt. % Mn, 1.5 wt. % or less Al and 0.001 wt. % or less S, at least one element selected from the group of 0.001 to 0.05 wt. % Sb, 0.002 to 0.1 wt. % Sn, 0.0005 to 0.01 wt. % Se and 0.0005 to 0.01 wt. % Te; and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is produced by the steps of: hot-rolling a slab to form a hot-rolled steel sheet, cold-rolling the hot-rolled steel sheet to form a cold-rolled steel sheet; and finish annealing the cold-rolled steel sheet.
