  • Publication number: 20230261434
Abstract: A laser irradiation head includes: a semiconductor laser module including a semiconductor laser element and a lens; a heat sink having a flow path of a refrigerant; and a first pipe connector that a first pipe for supplying the refrigerant to the flow path is attachable to and detachable from. The heat sink has an outer surface including a first area and a second area being in a relationship of intersecting with the first area, the semiconductor laser module is screwed to the heat sink in the first area, and the first pipe connector is screwed to the heat sink in the second area.

  • Publication number: 20170274599
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an additive manufacturing apparatus includes a laminate formation unit, a binding formation unit, control unit and a detection unit. The laminate formation unit forms laminated layers of a powdered material. The binding formation unit binds at least a part of a layer to form a manufactured object. The control unit binds the layer by the binding formation unit on the basis of shape information of the manufactured object. The detection unit detects a shape of the part of the manufactured object. The control unit compares the shape of the manufactured object and the shape information.

  • Patent number: 6341042
Abstract: A laser radiating apparatus controls an intensity of energy of a laser beam output from a laser generating device and radiates an object with the laser beam. The laser radiating apparatus includes an intensity homogenizer for substantially homogenizing distribution of the intensity of energy of the laser beam, an imaging lens for converging the laser beam substantially homogenized by the intensity homogenizer and radiating an object with the laser beam, a slit for removing a part of the converged laser beam and shaping it into a predetermined beam shape, a detector for detecting an intensity of energy of the part of the laser beam removed by the slit, and a control device for controlling the intensity of energy of the laser beam based on a detection signal output from the detector.

  • Patent number: 5379402
Abstract: A comparing unit compares an address of data written into a main memory by an external device with an address of data stored in a cache memory, and a masking unit masks specific bits obtained by a result in said address comparing unit. An invalidating unit invalidates data stored in the cache memory corresponding to the specific bits masked by the masking unit. Therefore, inconsistency between the main memory and the cache memory can be prevented, even when the data are transferred by using a block transfer process.
