Patent number: 7057144Abstract: In an induction heating apparatus, in order to decrease the buoyancy exerted on an object to be heated which is made of a material having high electrical conductivity and low magnetic permeability, such as aluminum, an electrical conductor is provided between a heating coil and the object to be heated, thereby increasing the equivalent series resistance of the heating coil. Hence, the current of the heating coil, which is required for obtaining a desired heating output, is decreased, whereby the buoyancy of the object to be heated can be decreased. In addition, the electrical conductor is divided into two halves, and they are arranged in a circular arc form with a clearance provided therebetween and made close contact with the bottom face of a plate, whereby the temperature rise of the electrical conductor can be restricted.Type: GrantFiled: February 21, 2003Date of Patent: June 6, 2006Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Izuo Hirota, Atsushi Fujita, Takahiro Miyauchi, Yuji Fujii, Akira Kataoka, Katsuyuki Aihara, Nobuyoshi Makio

Patent number: 7015438Abstract: An induction heater having a safety function of lowering or stopping the heating power when an object to be heated moves, the safety function hardly interfering with the cooking activities of a user is provided. The induction heater includes an inverter circuit, an output detection section for detecting the magnitude of the inverter circuit, a first movement detection section, and a storage section for storing a control value before the first movement detection section detects a movement of the object. In a reach control mode, the output of the inverter circuit is gradually increased to a target. In a stable control mode, the output of the inverter circuit is maintained at the target. When the first movement detection section detects a movement of the object, a control section shifts to a first output mode in which a control value derived from the stored control value is output.Type: GrantFiled: January 24, 2003Date of Patent: March 21, 2006Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Izuo Hirota, Yuji Fujii, Koji Niiyama, Takahiro Miyauchi, Atsushi Fujita, Manabu Takahashi

Control device for semiconductor memory device and method of controlling semiconductor memory device
Patent number: 6886072Abstract: As a result of comparing an address set in an area setting register and an address shown by address information of an access request signal, if the address set in the area setting register matches the address shown by the address information, a command with auto precharge is outputted to an FCRAM, and if not, an ordinary command is outputted to the FCRAM. Thus, when an area, in which addresses to be accessed are random in many cases, is accessed, the command with auto precharge is outputted to allow the FCRAM to perform a precharge operation automatically, and when an area, in which addresses to be accessed are sequential in many cases, is accessed, the ordinary command is outputted to allow a read operation or a write operation to be performed continuously, whereby data transfer efficiency can be increased.Type: GrantFiled: March 6, 2002Date of Patent: April 26, 2005Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Toshiaki Saruwatari, Atsushi Fujita -

Publication number: 20040264703Abstract: When a plug of a monaural microphone is connected to an external microphone input section, a right channel terminal is connected to a GND terminal, and a voltage Vdet will be a GND potential. A DC voltage detection section detects this GND potential, and outputs, for example, an H level signal as a detection signal. In response to this detection signal, a system control section controls a DSP so that, for example, an audio signal of the left channel is recorded by use of both right and left recording channels.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2004Publication date: December 30, 2004Applicant: KABUSHIKI KAISHA TOSHIBAInventor: Atsushi Fujita
