Publication number: 20230079806Abstract: An identifier setting system disclosed herein includes a plurality of control devices, a communication line, and an activation line. In a case where an identifier setting section of a control device, which is one of the plurality of control devices, determines that an identifier of the control device is not set, a monitoring section acquires identifiers output from the plurality of control devices, and an activation control section controls the activation line so as to stop another control device, which does not output the identifier. The identifier setting section sets an identifier different from the identifiers acquired by the monitoring section as the identifier of the control device. The activation control section controls the activation line so as to activate the other control device, which does not output the identifier.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 7, 2022Publication date: March 16, 2023Inventors: Atsushi HIRAYAMA, Tomonori KAWAMOTO

Patent number: 8125863Abstract: An information recording/reproducing apparatus including an optical pickup unit for generating an RF signal performs signal processing to acquire, at a restart of recording after a halt of recording, a data ID to be used as a reference for specifying a recording restart position in the recording medium based on the RF signal. The signal processing includes reproduced signal generation processing to generate a reproduced signal based on the RF signal, and data ID acquisition determination processing to determine, at the restart of recording after the halt of recording, whether or not the data ID has been properly acquired, based on the reproduced signal. If it is determined in the data ID acquisition determination step that the data ID has not been properly acquired, a reproduction parameter to be used for generating the reproduced signal in the reproduced signal generation step is adjusted.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2010Date of Patent: February 28, 2012Assignee: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Atsushi Hirayama, Masaharu Imura, Masamitsu Mimura

Publication number: 20060095637Abstract: A bus control device for controlling a bus system composed of a first bus and a second bus connected via a bridge unit. In the bus control device, a first arbitration unit obtains bandwidth information that specifies required bandwidth for data transfer between a first device connected to the first bus and a second device connected to the second bus, and gives a usage right for the first bus to the first device for a first allocated period set in accordance with the obtained bandwidth information; a second arbitration unit arbitrates a usage right for the second bus; and a notification unit notifies the bandwidth information from the first arbitration unit to the second arbitration unit. The second arbitration unit gives the usage right for the second bus to the bridge unit for a second allocated period set in accordance with the bandwidth information notified by the first arbitration unit.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 27, 2005Publication date: May 4, 2006Inventors: Atsushi Hirayama, Kenichi Kawaguchi, Hideki Kawai
