  • Publication number: 20210014956
Abstract: An X-ray generator includes an X-ray tube, a blower fan having a motor and configured to provide the X-ray tube with air, a motor control unit configured to control a rotation speed of the motor, and a casing to which the X-ray tube and the blower fan are attached. The motor control unit shifts the rotation speed of the motor from a resonance frequency of a structure including the X-ray tube and the casing. According to this configuration, a resonance phenomenon caused by vibration generated by the motor is avoided. Therefore, influences of vibration on the X-ray tube are reduced. As a result, the X-ray generator can be operated in a highly stable manner.

  • Publication number: 20200383037
Abstract: Method and apparatus use a value tag in conjunction with transmission and/or processing of system information in a wireless communication network. The method includes a User Equipment (UE) receiving a first type system information block (SIB) from a base station (BS) apparatus. The first type SIB includes an identifier of a second type SIB and a first value tag indicating a version of the second type SIB. The method further includes the UE determining whether to request the second type SIB by comparing the first value tag with a prestored second value tag. The prestored second value tag is associated with a prestored second type SIB. The method further includes the UE transmitting to the BS apparatus a request message for the second type SIB when the prestored second value tag does not match the first value tag and receiving the second SIB from the BS apparatus.

  • Patent number: 10841958
Abstract: Method and apparatus use a value tag in conjunction with transmission and/or processing of system information in a wireless communication network, especially in conjunction with second type system information or non-essentially type system information. In certain example embodiment and modes, an access node (22) may initiate broadcasting second type system information when its content gets updated, in order to avoid many on-demand delivery requests from wireless terminals. In certain example implementations, the access node (22) may compress second type system information to be delivered by broadcast.

  • Patent number: 10825641
Abstract: An X-ray tube includes a metal portion in which an X-ray emission window is provided, an insulation valve which is joined to the metal portion and forms a vacuum region in cooperation with the metal portion, and a target and an electron gun which are accommodated in the vacuum region. The insulation valve has a low resistivity glass portion joined to the metal portion, and a high resistivity glass portion for fixing an anode including the target. A volume resistivity of a material forming the low resistivity glass portion is lower than a volume resistivity of a material forming the high resistivity glass portion. According to this configuration, electrification of the insulation valve is curbed, so that deterioration in withstand voltage ability of the insulation valve is curbed, and electric discharge caused by electrification is curbed.

  • Publication number: 20200211931
Abstract: A preferred aim of the invention is to provide technique for improving reliability of semiconductor devices when using a low-dielectric-constant film having a lower dielectric constant than a silicon oxide film to apart of an interlayer insulating film. More specifically, to achieve the preferred aim, an interlayer insulating film IL1 forming a first fine layer is formed of a middle-Young's-modulus film, and thus it is possible to separate an integrated high-Young's-modulus layer (a semiconductor substrate 1S and a contact interlayer insulating film CIL) and an interlayer insulating film (a low-Young's-modulus film; a low-dielectric-constant film) IL2 forming a second fine layer not to let them directly contact with each other, and stress can be diverged. As a result, film exfoliation of the interlayer insulating film IL2 formed of a low-Young's-modulus film can be prevented and thus reliability of semiconductor devices can be improved.
