  • Patent number: 6617949
Abstract: A choke coil has small difference of wire wound resistances between coils to obtain sufficient unbalance attenuation amount, superior in workability in winding and reduced leakage inductance and line capacity. The choke coil includes first and second coils divided into first and second segments wound on a single spool disposing intermediate insulations layers between respectively adjacent coil segments. The coil segments of the first and second coils are wound alternately. The first coil segment of the first coil and the second coil segment of the second coil being wound in a first winding number and the second coil segment of the second coil and the first coil segment of the second coil being wound in a second winding number. • Patent number: 6139285
Abstract: A hydraulic pump including a pressure chamber, a drain passage communicable with the pressure chamber, a delivery port, a discharge path fluidly connecting the pressure chamber with the delivery port, and an orifice disposed in the discharge path. A first flow control valve is provided for variably controlling fluid communication between the pressure chamber and the drain passage in response to a difference between fluid pressures upstream and downstream of the orifice. A second flow control valve is disposed within the discharge path, which is operative to variably control an opening area of the orifice in response to energy of fluid passing through the discharge path. The second flow control valve includes a moveable spool exposed to a fluid pressure within the pressure chamber, a spring biasing the spool in such one direction as to increase the opening area of the orifice, and a spring retainer cooperating with the spool to define a spring chamber accommodating the spring.

  • Patent number: 6109900
Abstract: A hydraulic pump unit is encased between a pump body and a pump cover. A bearing hole passes through the pump body and is formed in the pump body. A drive shaft and a bearing bush are inserted into the bearing hole. The drive shaft drives the hydraulic pump unit and the bearing bush supports the drive shaft. At an end portion of the bearing hole, a seal chamber is formed. The seal chamber encases a seal member. An oil groove is formed inside the bearing hole. The oil groove connects the hydraulic pump unit side with the seal chamber and carries hydraulic oil for lubrication. The oil groove is formed in such a manner that a sectional area in the seal chamber side is greater than a sectional area in the hydraulic pump unit side. The bearing bush comprises a plurality of bush pieces arranged at a predetermined interval in an axial direction of the bearing hole.

  • Patent number: 6048185
Abstract: A hydraulic pump includes a pump body having a bearing hole and formed with a seal chamber at an end of the bearing hole and an oil groove therein, the oil groove ensuring hydraulic communication between the pump unit and the seal chamber, a pump cover attached to the pump body to define a concavity for accommodating a pump unit, and a drive shaft arranged through the bearing hole of the pump body. A bearing bush, which is arranged through the bearing hole of the pump body to support the drive shaft, includes bush lugs disposed in the axial direction of the bearing hole of the pump body. Two of the bush lugs disposed at both ends of the bearing bush have seams located circumferentially distant from each other.

  • Patent number: 5613840
Abstract: A pump comprising a pump body having a control valve for controlling working fluid flow from the pump body to an actuator through a joint. The joint is connected mechanically to the pump body through a washer made of a material different from that of the pump body. The washer has a side surface held in contact with the pump body at a junction. The pump also includes an annular seal member provided to keep the junction from exposure to the environment. In an embodiment of the invention, the seal member is placed in an annular groove formed in the outer peripheral surface of the pump body. The seal member may have a side surface in fluid-sealing contact with the surface of the washer so as to keep the junction between the pump body and the washer from exposure to the environment.
