  • Publication number: 20040217602
Abstract: A vehicle door handle device includes a frame equipped on a vehicle door panel and a handgrip mounted on the frame and rotatable about a rotation center portion at one end portion of the handgrip. A second end portion of the handgrip forms an operation portion linked with a door lock mechanism. The handgrip is adapted to be rotated within a predetermined angle around the rotation center portion to operate the door lock mechanism when the operation portion is pulled away from the frame. A restriction mechanism is also provided to restrict chattering and/or dislocation of the handgrip from the frame. The restriction mechanism includes a projection and a groove provided between the frame and the handgrip. The projection is slidable in the groove during rotation of the handgrip and is able to contact a boundary of the groove in the inserting direction of the handgrip.

  • Publication number: 20020160272
Abstract: A first process for producing a modified electrolyte consistent with the present invention comprises an amine treatment step of contacting a solid polymer electrolyte or a precursor thereof with an amine compound. Further, a first modified electrolyte consistent with the present invention consists essentially of what is obtained in such a process. A second process for producing the modified electrolyte consistent with the present invention includes a step of introducing, to a solid polymer compound having a functional group A, a first modifying agent comprising at least one functional group B capable of reacting with the functional group A thereby forming a first intermediate acid group; and the step also includes reacting the functional group A and the functional group B.

  • Patent number: 5083115
Abstract: A liquid-level detecting structure includes a housing disposed in a tank in proximity to a wall surface of the tank, a float disposed inside the housing and adapted to be moved by the liquid which has entered the housing, and a passage provided for introducing the liquid into the housing and having an opening facing the wall surface of the tank. When acceleration has acted toward the wall surface of the tank with the liquid level being close to a minimum level, the liquid is biased toward the wall surface. Accordingly, the opening of the passage is immersed in the liquid, preventing the float from being further lowered. Meanwhile, when acceleration has acted toward a wall surface opposite to the adjacent wall surface, this acceleration is oriented in an opposite direction to the direction in which the liquid flows out of the opening of the passage, so that the liquid in the housing is prevented from flowing out of the passage.

  • Patent number: 4578749
Abstract: In a method and apparatus for measuring a driving amount of a motor, relative driving amounts and absolute driving amounts are sampled in each predetermined driving amount pulse train on the basis of an origin of a motor, the relative driving amounts, coefficient and constant of at least one linear approximate equation representing the relation between the relative driving amount and the absolute driving amount are obtained from the relative driving amounts and the absolute driving amounts sampled, and the coefficient and constant obtained are preliminarily stored in a non-volatile memory.Accordingly, the contents in the non-volatile memory are utilized at a starting time of a motor whereby the present position indication of the motor can be conducted without effecting an origin indication of the motor.

  • Patent number: 4524313
Abstract: The invention relates to a mechanism wherein a relative rotary angle of a driving motor is detected by use of an encoder, and, if an error occurs in a servo control action when the driving motor is servo-controlled in accordance with a deviation value of the relative rotary angle from a desired rotary angle of the driving motor, then the servo control action is brought to an emergency stop. A potentiometer for detecting an absolute rotary angle of the driving motor is connected to a rotary shaft of the driving motor and said emergency stop is effected when a difference between said absolute rotary angle and said relative rotary angle exceeds a preset tolerance value, so that an error in the servo control action can be reliably prevented.
