Abstract: A point cloud data is connected with a related data. Multiple sets of point cloud data are prepared. Each point cloud data includes information of a point cloud connected to three-dimensional position information, and each point cloud data is connected to acquisition time. At least one group is generated by classifying the point cloud, and the group is assigned to a position label and a moving body label. A moving route of the group with a moving body on-flag is predicted based on the position label of the group. The group is replaced with a position at acquisition time of the related data according to the moving route, and the acquisition time of the related data is connected to the group.

Abstract: An apparatus for recording on and/or reproducing from a recording medium such as a disc-shaped recording medium having a code area in which character code data for displaying character information associated with the information recorded in a recording area on a display portion or the like can be recorded includes an input portion, conversion portion, and a recording and/or reproducing portion. Plural pieces of character information of different kinds are input through the input portion. The conversion portion converts each character of the character information input from the input portion into character code data. The conversion portion adds an identifier to the character code data during the conversion. The identifier indicates that a character string in the character information input by the input portion consists of kana characters unlike the character string precedent thereto.

Abstract: A disc recording apparatus in which input digital signal are compressed and temporarily stored in a memory at a first speed and wherein, in response to a user supplied record signal, the compressed data stored in the memory, including compressed data stored in the memory prior to generation of the user supplied record signal, are read out of the memory at a second speed which is higher than the first speed, further encoded and recorded on a disc.
