  • Publication number: 20240128058
Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus comprises a substrate support disposed in the chamber, a shutter including a valve body configured to open and close an opening of the chamber, and a baffle plate disposed between an inner peripheral side of the chamber and the substrate support and having a vertically inclined portion at an end portion on a substrate support side, and a contact member disposed on a side surface of the substrate support and formed of a conductive elastic member. In a state where the shutter is closed, contact between the end portion on the substrate support side and the contact member is maintained.

  • Patent number: 8571344
Abstract: An image processing method performed by a processor for processing a plurality of pixel values in an image data representing a two-dimensional image, the image processing method including defining a block representing a part of the two-dimensional image corresponding to a predetermined number of pixels in rows and columns, obtaining an average of a gradient of pixel value on the basis of the pixel values of adjacent pixels in the block along each of at least one of rows and at least one of columns, generating a product of the average of the gradient pixel value along each of at least one of the rows and the average of the gradient pixel value along each of at least one of the columns, and generating a double summation of the products of the gradient pixel values of each of the rows and the columns.

  • Patent number: 6282102
Abstract: A drive circuit for a switching power supply includes a driving element (11, 12) for generating a drive signal (SD), and a transformer (15) for outputting the drive signal input via a capacitive element to a primary winding (15a) thereof (14), to a main switching element (21) from a secondary winding (15b) thereof. The drive circuit (3) is constructed such that breakage of the main switching element (21) can be prevented while permitting an increase in the range of switching control. The drive circuit (3) is characterized by comprising an inductive element (16) having an inductance value smaller than at least a value of an excitation inductance of the primary winding (15a) and allowing series resonance to be produced between the capacitive element (14) and the inductive element (16).
