  • Publication number: 20170241389
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injector which can promote convergence of a motion of a valve body while a valve is opened and promote stabilization of an injection amount. In the present invention, a fuel injector includes a movable iron core 404, a fixed iron core 401, a first spring member 405, a second spring member 406, contact portions 102c and 404b?, and a gap g1. The movable iron core 404 is provided relatively displaceable to a valve body 102. The fixed iron core 401 is opposed to the movable iron core 404. The first spring member 405 energizes the valve body 102 in a valve closing direction. The second spring member 406 energizes the movable iron core 404 in a valve closing direction. The contact portions 102c and 404b? are in contact with each other in a case where the movable iron core 404 displaces in a valve opening direction with respect to the valve body 102. The gap g1 is formed between the contact portions 102c and 404b? in a valve closing state.

  • Publication number: 20170007201
Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to a present embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to extract a cardiac valve from three-dimensional images of frames generated by controlling an ultrasonic probe to perform transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves. The processing circuitry is configured to calculate, as a prolapse gap, a gap between valve leaflets of the cardiac valve in a three-dimensional image of a specific frame among the frames. The processing circuitry is configured to display the prolapse gap on a display.

  • Patent number: 9157403
Abstract: A fuel injection valve includes a valve element movably disposed to a valve seat member having a valve seat and formed with an opening located at a downstream side thereof. A swirl imparting chamber is formed to impart a swirl force to fuel within the swirl imparting chamber by turning fuel. An injection hole is opened to the bottom of swirl imparting chamber to inject fuel to outside. Additionally, a communication passage is formed to connect the swirl imparting chamber with the opening of the valve seat member. In this fuel injection valve, the swirl imparting chamber and the communication passage are formed to satisfy the following equation: 0.15?W/D<0.5 where W is width of the communication passage; and D is diameter of the swirl imparting chamber.

  • Patent number: 9121379
Abstract: In a fuel injection valve, a pipe line through which fuel is uniformly caused to flow is supposed from a flow quantity of fuel flowing into each of communication passages which is communicated between a corresponding one of a plurality of swirl generating chambers and an opening section of a valve seat member and, if a diameter of the pipe line is assumed to be da and a diameter of each of injection holes is assumed to be d0, da/d0 is set such that a spray angle of fuel injected from each of the injection holes provides a desired spray angle and the communication passages and the injection holes are designed such that at least one of fuel sprays injected from the respective injection holes is contacted on any other fuel sprays at a lower position than a liquid film part.

  • Patent number: 9103309
Abstract: A fuel injection valve is disclosed with enhanced uniformity of a swirl flow in the circumferential direction. The valve includes a swirling chamber having an inner wall surface with a helical curve and a swirling passage for guiding fuel into the chamber. The valve is formed such that the center of a circle as the basis of the helical curve and the center of a fuel injection hole open in the swirling chamber align with one another. The joint between the passage for swirling and the inner circumferential wall on the downstream side of the chamber at which both walls intersect is positioned between a line from the center of the hole to a point at which the curvature of the swirling chamber shape starts to change; and a tangent line of the side wall of the hole so drawn that it is in parallel to the line segment.

  • Patent number: 4726230
Abstract: An ultrasound imaging apparatus transmits or receives an ultrasound beam by switching connections between ultrasound probes and a transmitting and receiving system. Channels of the transmitting and receiving system are respectively connected to first and second connectors through first and second N switching elements. Each of the first and second connectors has N connecting terminals. The terminals of the first and second connectors are respectively connected to 2N terminals of a third connector. The switching elements and the first to third connectors constitute a switching circuit. The switching elements in the switching circuit are selectively turned on/off according to a desired ultrasound transducer connected to a corresponding one of the first to third connectors, thereby causing the ultrasound transducer to transmit or receive the ultrasound beam.
