  • Publication number: 20150333720
Abstract: A noise filter includes a filter device and a filter retainer. The filter device includes a device unit having at least one capacitor provided therein, an input side lead wire extending from the device unit, an output side lead wire extending from the device unit, and a ground connection portion provided on the device unit. The filter device forms the noise filter that uses a mutual inductance between the input side lead wire and the output side lead wire. The filter retainer has a holding structure configured to maintain an arrangement of the input side lead wire and the output side lead wire. The arrangement forms an overlapping section in which the lead wires are closely opposed to each other. The noise filter may be attached to a harness.

  • Publication number: 20150319805
Abstract: An increase in communication load in a network due to increasing messages for requesting information is suppressed. When a message for requesting information and a response message thereto are sent and received between a communication device (N1-Nn) that is an information requester and an information provider (Nx) on a network (NW) via a communication device (1), the communication device (1) stores the information acquired from the response message in a response information storage section (4), and when any communication device requests at least part of the same information, a control section (5) creates a response message including the requested information and responds.

  • Patent number: 9100848
Abstract: A location judgment unit (411) judges whether an installation location of a base station (10) is in a first area corresponding to a service area of a first network operator. A frequency determination unit (412) determines, by using a first procedure, a radio frequency for use in wireless communication between the base station (10) and a mobile station (30) when the installation location of the base station (10) is in the first area, and determines the radio frequency of the base station (10) by using a second procedure different from the first procedure when the installation location of the base station (10) is outside the first area. The second procedure includes: receiving information on a frequency available in the installation location of the base station (10) from a frequency management system (50) that manages a frequency of a second area including the installation location of the base station (10); and determining a radio frequency of the base station (10) based on the frequency information.

  • Patent number: 9037003
Abstract: A signal transmission device drives a light-emitting element and outputs an optical signal depending on a data signal from an electronic device. The device includes an element driving portion which supplies a driving current to the light-emitting element, wherein the driving current is obtained by superimposing a modulation current on a bias current, the modulation current being dependent on the data signal indicating emitting information of the light-emitting element. A temperature compensation portion of the device controls the bias current and the modulation current depending on the temperature so that a temperature-current characteristic of the light-emitting element is reproduced based on the voltage which is dependent on the temperature and the voltage which is independent from the temperature, thereby performing current control depending on the temperature.

  • Publication number: 20150038145
Abstract: A disclosed base station gateway apparatus has a C-plane processing unit and a U-plane processing unit. When a mobile station performs handover from a subordinate source base station to a subordinate target base station, the C-plane processing unit terminates S1AP signaling received from the source base station and the target base station without relaying the S1AP signaling to a mobility management apparatus. The U-plane processing unit inserts, into U-plane data that is received from a serving gateway apparatus and that is to be transferred to the source base station, an end marker indicating that the U-plane data is the last data at a predetermined timing, and switches the transfer destination of the U-plane data, received from the serving gateway apparatus, from the source base station to the target base station at a timing immediately after the end marker is inserted.

  • Patent number: 8681327
Abstract: Proposed is a technique for detecting a damaged VCSEL in a short time and at low cost. It shows the light emission spectrum of a multi-mode VCSEL before an ESD damage, and the light emission spectrum which shows several peaks corresponding to the structure of the active layer (MQW) and the upper and lower reflectors (DBR) is obtained. On the other hand, when the VCSEL which has an ESD damage has a damage in the active layer, the light emission spectrum which shows fewer peaks than the original number of peaks is obtained. Accordingly, the light spectrum analyzer analyzes the light emission spectrum, and it is determined that ESD damage has occurred when the number of peaks is equal to or smaller than a predetermined number, e.g., two peaks.
