Abstract: To image not only the user in front of a camera but also documents situated below, a rail member is vertically attached to a sidewall of a display case, a slide rod fixing clamp is slidably mounted on the rail member, a slide rod is transversely displaceably mounted on the slide rod fixing clamp, an orthogonal rod is secured to slide rod, and a camera mounting clamp is mounted on the orthogonal rod in such a manner that it is rotatable around the orthogonal rod. Thus, a camera can be positioned lower than in the instance where it is disposed on top of a display. Also, the camera can be directed downward by virtue of the camera mounting clamp.

Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a swivel chassis in which the angle of the mounted device can be freely varied vertically and horizontally and in which a sufficient level of holding strength is assured so that the desired angle is not subject to change with vibration and the weight of the mounted device. To achieve this objective, the swivel chassis main unit comprises a base and a hemispherical raised portion with spherical surfaces formed on the inside and outside, and an inclination restricting hole formed at its center.

Abstract: An automatic answering telephone set comprises a voice synthesizing unit and a voice detector for reproducing a recorded message in response to a remote control performed by using a predetermined password number. A plurality of decoy numerals are inserted immediately before each of numerals constituting the preestablished password number to thereby form a pseudo-password number including the decoy numerals. A calling party is inquired of with the pseudo-password number. An input password number is then formed in accordance with replies of the calling party as detected by the voice detector. Only when coincidence is found between the predetermined password number and the input numerical password, the remote control is accepted.

Abstract: An electromagnetic pump having a pressure adjusting function that holds discharge pressure constant; a decompression valve for throttling an outflow is provided in the path of the discharge side and this decompression valve is displaced by a pressure receiving plunger to which the pressure of the discharge side is applied. The pressure receiving plunger is slidably provided in a cylinder, and a pressure adjusting spring facing the pressure receiving plunger of the cylinder is disposed in the chamber located on the opposite side of the decompression valve; a return path communicating with a suction side of the electromagnetic pump is formed in the chamber. The pressure is adjusted by the decompression valve, and the fluid leaking into the chamber located on the opposite side of the decompression chamber of the cylinder is returned to the suction side by means of the return path.
