If there is no cancellation factor, the control unit outputs pages relating to the job, stores page information thereof, and updates execution history information after outputting all the pages. If there is any cancellation factor, the control unit performs only preparation for output of the pages, stores page information obtained through the preparation, and updates cancellation history information after storing the page information of all the pages. A message as a result of evaluation of the cancellation history information is displayed on an operation panel. The message prompts an administrator to change management condition as needed.
