  • Publication number: 20150069877
Abstract: Disclosed is a resin composition for electric insulation which contains an epoxy resin; a hardening agent; and fine particles, in which the fine particles form a plurality of threadlike agglomerates and the agglomerates have a dendritic structure when the epoxy resin, the hardening agent, and the fine particles are mixed and hardened, a base material of the fine particle is formed of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, titanium oxide, or boron nitride, and hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups are present together on a surface of the base material. Thus improvement of the electric characteristics and the mechanical characteristics of the insulation material and suppression of viscosity of the resin composition are made compatible.

  • Patent number: 7435949
Abstract: A tandem analysis system is provided for ionizing a substance, performing mass spectrometric analysis of various ion types generated, selecting and dissociating an ion type, the ion type having a specific mass-to-charge ratio, and thereby, repeating mass spectrometric analysis measurement on the ion of the ion type over n-th stages. A processing judges control content for the analysis next to MSn (the n-th stage mass spectrometric analysis) within a predetermined time, based on ion intensity being represented by an ion peak with respect to the mass-to-charge ratio of each ion in the MSn result. An ion detection unit judges isotope-peak from the measured ionized data. Assuming that the MS1 count number of a parent-ion peptide measured during a certain constant time-interval is I, a data processing unit makes the MS2 integration number-of-times or analysis time of the peptide proportional to 1/I.

  • Patent number: 7148426
Abstract: In a lead-free solder comprising an alloy composition composed mainly of tin, the alloy composition further contains 0.002 to 0.015% by mass of phosphorus. This lead-free solder can be used as a plating in a connection lead comprising: a copper strip or other strip conductor; and the plating provided on at least one side of the strip constructor, the plating having a shape such that the plating in the widthwise direction of the strip conductor has a bulge as viewed in section with the apex being located at a proper position in the widthwise direction of the strip conductor. By virtue of this constitution, the lead-free solder on its surface is less likely to be oxidized, and the connection lead has excellent bond strength owing to the property of the lead-free solder and, in addition, has the function of breaking the formed oxide layer and the function of removing included gas bubbles and can eliminate the need to form the plating in very large thickness.

  • Publication number: 20050172034
Abstract: When a message is transmitted to an information processing device from a communication unit, the method of this invention receives a response from the destination information processing device by the communication unit and checks whether an error has occurred which was caused by a change made to the interface definition information representing an interface with the information processing device. In the event of an error caused by a change made to the interface definition information, the method of this invention test-transmits to the information processing device from the communication unit a message to identify an input type at a location of that change. According to the location of change and a result of test transmission, the method of this invention changes a content of a program on a memory unit which transmits the messages to the information processing device.

  • Publication number: 20030207576
Abstract: This invention provides an inspection method and device which can efficiently measure the altitude distribution of a surface of a semiconductor device which is chemically and mechanically polished based on measured data at several points on the surface of the chip. In operation, exposure mask data for the semiconductor device is divided into arbitrary regions, in an arbitrary region j of the exposure mask data, &rgr;j=Pj/Sj which is a ratio between an area Sj of the region j and an area Pj of a portion in the region j where a pattern is present is calculated. An altitude Hj of the semiconductor after chemical mechanical polishing is obtained by a simulation which is performed using, as parameters, the ratio &rgr;j, a size h of a step on a surface of the semiconductor device before polishing, a polishing speed K, Young's modulus G of a polishing pad, a half-value width Rc of a stress function and a thickness d of the polishing pad.

  • Patent number: 6067009
Abstract: In a diagnostic method and apparatus for a vehicle, a transponder for performing a communication with an external receiver and an engine ECU are connected on a communication line. During a first inappropriate period in which noises are supposed to occur on the communication line due to engine starting or a second inappropriate period in which a processing load necessary for a control is supposed to be high when the engine speed is high or a load is high, even if there is a request for outputting abnormality information from the transponder, the engine ECU does not respond to the request. On the other hand, when it is not during the first and second inappropriate periods, the ECU responds to the output request from the transponder.
