Abstract: A floodlight including an electronic ballast which makes the floodlight easier to handle. A floodlight 1 comprises: a base 5; a telescopic mast 4 having a proximal end connected with said base 5; a lighting device 2 provided at a distal end of said mast 4; and an electronic ballast 3 that stabilizes electric power and feeds the stabilized electric power to said lighting device 2. The lighting device 2 includes a lamp 21 and a holding assembly 20 that holds said lamp 21, while the electronic ballast 3 is installed in said holding assembly 20.

The attention-attracting device includes a stand (10) equipped with an air blower (70), one or a plurality of telescopic poles (20) standing on the stand (10), an envelope (30) attached to the stand (10) and covering the telescopic poles (20), a frame (40) attached to the telescopic pole (20) and inside of the envelope (30), and a lamp (50) attached to the frame (40) (or to the middle position of the telescopic pole or the upper portion of the stand), the lamp (50) being connected electrically with an electronic ballast (11).

Further, audio signals recorded in the editing operation are displayed as a plurality of materials, a jog dial for moving forwardly and rearwardly the plural materials of the displayed audio signals in a time axis direction is arranged on the side of a panel face of the remote commander, a group of keys for selecting the materials are arranged on the depth side, and a group of keys for instructing a method of processing the selected materials are arranged on the depth side.

Abstract: Disclosed is a digital audio disk recorder with improved ease of use, which can easily and efficiently superimpose a take of a short sound during broadcasting. In order to output takes of a plurality of short sounds, buttons “Key Name” corresponding to the takes of the sounds are displayed on a display screen for monitoring a state of broadcasting. By operating any of the buttons during broadcasting of a program for broadcasting displayed as a play list, the take of the short sound assigned to the button can be superimposed on a signal being broadcasted.
