  • Publication number: 20030214589
Abstract: A photographing device successively performs temporary photographing operations and main photographing operations in a predetermined photographing mode. In the temporary photographing operation, a through picture that is displayed on a monitor of the photographing device is temporarily stored in a temporary storage as a reference picture for composition matching. After the temporary photographing operation, the reference picture is processed into a semitransparent picture and mixed with a through picture that is continuously changing to form a composite picture and, the composite picture is displayed on the monitor instead of the through picture. When he shutter button is half-depressed, a photographing instruction message informing that a photograph can be taken is displayed superposed on the picture on the monitor.

  • Patent number: 6522148
Abstract: A state of charge (SOC) measuring apparatus for a battery device is provided capable of detecting accurate state of charge based on integrating charge and discharge current. The state of charge measuring apparatus carries out data substitution for displaying and controlling state of charge depending on the upper limit SOC or lower limit SOC. The integrated SOC obtained by integrating charge and discharge currents is corrected into the corrected SOC by the incremented corrected value incremented at every data substitution time. The state of charge measuring apparatus corrects the integrated SOC at every data substitution such that the difference between the integrated SOC and the corrected SOC becomes larger, and when the integrated SOC is smaller than the upper limit SOC and larger than the lower limit SOC, the corrected SOC is displayed on the display portion as the displaying and controlling SOC.

  • Publication number: 20020030746
Abstract: Anyone using a camera device can set proper shooting conditions according to shooting result while imaging the shooting result. A plurality of sample images and shooting condition data such as shutter speed of each sample image or diaphragm value are stored in a data file of an image server. A personal computer browses images that the image server has, and download a required image (during downloading, the image server adds shooting condition data to the required image data, and generates a sample transmission image. The personal computer stores the received sample image, transmits the image to the user's camera, and records it.). The camera sets the same shooting conditions as those during shooting of the sample image based on the shooting condition data added to the sample image when predetermined key operation is made while the sample image is displayed.

  • Patent number: 5808428
Abstract: When the voltage of a battery is dropped down to a first threshold value (9.5 V) or less, the driving force of a motor is decreased to a level Y(0)-Y(7) of a limit power determined in accordance with a remaining capacity of the battery. When the voltage is not restored even after a predetermined time is lapsed from the decreasing of the driving force to the level Y(0)-Y(7), the driving force is further decreased down to a lower level Y(0)-Y(7). When the voltage of the battery is restored to a second threshold value (10 V), the driving force of the motor is gradually increased up to a level Z(0)-Z(7) of a limit power determined in accordance with the capacity of the battery. Thus, it is possible to prevent a deep discharging of the battery, while minimizing the influence on the traveling of the vehicle.
