The second coil conductor is provided in a downward direction from the first coil conductor. The third coil conductor is provided in the downward direction from the second coil conductor. The first and third coil conductors deviate in a direction perpendicular to the downward direction with respect to the second coil conductor. At least one of the first and third coil conductors overlaps the second coil conductor viewing from the direction perpendicular to the downward direction. This common mode noise filter allows these coil conductors to be magnetically coupled to each other with a preferable balance, thereby preventing degradation of differential signals.
